The Texas Civil Commitment Center (TCCO) increased requests for funds from $12.2 Million to $19.9 Million from 2016 to 2021. That is a 63% increase in the amount of requested funds for TCCO. And how many “residents” have been released??? Less than 10 have been released. Yes, LESS THAN 10.
